The company established its office in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2017 to support the company’s demographically diverse client base. Since then we have grown into a 40-person operation delivering excellence and working in collaboration with other global operations to achieve company objectives.

We believe collaboration is key and the contribution of each individual is equally important for maintaining our high performing work standards. We strive every day together to reach these standards.

We are a young and motivated team of professionals with backgrounds in Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, and Software Engineering.

Our Sofia office is in a very central location on Vitosha Blvd. across from the National Palace of Culture. Our class-A, modern-designed office space occupies a full floor in a newly constructed building with a breathtaking view, a rooftop restaurant, and is within walking distance to several public transportation options (subway, tram, and bus).

What Our Employees Have to Say about Us

Since then, the entire organization has been tremendously supportive of me and has played a huge role in my development on both a personal and professional level. Aiming high and always striving to be better are just a few of the many traits deeply embedded in the culture of the organization. I am forever grateful to my leaders and fellow team-members at Burgiss for appreciating my potential, believing in me and accepting me as a member of their family.”

“Taking the opportunity to join Burgiss as I just graduated was, and still is, the most significant and important step in my professional career. Being surrounded by such talented, helpful, and competent team members, mentors, and leaders is as inspiring and motivating as it can be. The overall working environment has helped me progress and develop my professional and personal skillset. Enriching your knowledge and enhancing your prowess and competences are just some of the pillars on which we base our personal and organizational strive for excellence.”
