Dr. Ralitza Nikolaeva (’96) is a faculty member of the University of St Andrews where she serves on the Business Committee of the General Assembly. She earned her PhD at Purdue University, USA and she has taught at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, ISCTE – IUL (Portugal), and Nazarbayev University (Kazakhstan). Her research is broadly based in the diffusion cycle of new technologies and markets. She sits on the Editorial Boards of Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (Financial Times best journals list) and Management Decision.
Dr. Nikolaeva earned a PhD at Krannert School of Management, Purdue University and a B.A. in Business Administration and Journalism and Mass Communication from the American University in Bulgaria.
