Christo Grozev Scholarship Program

Financial scholarships will be awarded to selected students enrolled in media studies and journalism programs at the undergraduate or graduate levels (under proposal) at AUBG. These scholarships will cover tuition fees, and in some cases, living expenses and study materials, reducing the financial barriers to higher education in these critical fields.

Recipients will gain access to a mentorship program that connects them with experienced journalists and media professionals. These mentors will provide guidance, career advice, and support, helping scholars navigate their educational and professional journeys.

In partnership with leading media organizations and outlets, the CGSP will facilitate internships and work placements for scholarship recipients. These opportunities will offer practical experience, enhance employability, and allow students to apply their learning in real-world settings.

The program will organize workshops and seminars led by experts in media studies, journalism, digital media, and ethics. These events will provide scholars with additional learning opportunities and insights into the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in the field.

Annual networking events will bring together scholarship recipients, alumni, mentors, and media professionals. These events will foster a sense of community, encourage collaboration, and facilitate the exchange of ideas and experiences.
