Skaptopara III
Opened in 2010, the Skaptopara III Residence Hall set a new standard for student accommodation in the region. The central body and Block A offered AUBGers cozy climate-controlled double rooms, flexible study, meeting and lounge spaces, a computer lab and kitchen.
With two new wings set to open in Fall '26, Skapto III will give students even more.

Blocks B & C
Two new blocks will welcome 310 new students to Skaptopara III.
Block B (pictured right) will extend along the Bistritsa river towards James Boucher Blvd.
Block C (picture left) will stand perpendicular to Block A and Block B towards Svoboda Bachvarova St.

Parking
While construction will disrupt the existing parking lot, Blocks B & C will offer new solutions.
Once completed, an underground garage will house 41 cars, with 10 more parking spaces on-ground. Three charging stations will be available to power up electric vehicles.

Sustainability
AUBG's commitment to sustainability will show in the additions to Skaptopara III. The new wings will earn the building Energy Class A, the highest for new construction. Solar panels on the roof will provide clean energy for most of the year.
